This season, I am truly grateful for the gift of health & the centerpiece of this movement are functional mocktails with a twist. These creative drinks aren’t just delicious—they’re designed to boost your mood, support your health, and elevate your celebration. Packed with adaptogens, kombucha, and herbal infusions, these creative drinks aren’t just delicious— They are healthy as well!

IDK ABOUT YOU, but this year we are drinking our mocktails, minding our business and watching the drama unfold. 



Trust me, I love a good cocktail! Why choose one when we can have both<3 

Here are some of my favorite infused drinks to enhance the holiday fun and still enjoy all the food!! 



Golden Glow Elixir

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp honey or agave

  • 1/2 cup ginger kombucha

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

  • Lemon slices and a cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix turmeric and honey into a paste with a little water.

  2. Add kombucha, sparkling water, and stir gently.

  3. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and a cinnamon stick.


This mocktail has turmeric which is an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, improves memory, aids in digestion, and helps supports healthy  immune system. Ginger Kombucha elevates our gut health with probiotics which ultimately builds our immunity & increases energy levels. With the ginger helping us digest and relieve any nausea we may have from all the food we are eating, this is a great after feast festive drink. 



Berry Gut Refresher:

  • 2 caps of digestive enzymes 

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

  • A splash of cranberry juice

  • Fresh rosemary and frozen cranberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix kombucha, sparkling water, and cranberry juice in a glass over ice.

  2. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and frozen cranberries


This mocktail refresher with kombucha elevates our gut health with probiotics which ultimately builds our immunity. Paired with Digestive enzymes will help overindulging at the adults table(; & Cranberry is a great antioxidant that helps balance woman’s vaginal pH and blood sugars. 



Uplifting Rhodiola Spritz

  • 1/2 tsp Rhodiola powder

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

  • 2 caps powdered B-complex vitamins

  • Fresh pomegranate seeds and mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve Rhodiola powder and B-complex vitamins in pomegranate juice.

  2. Add sparkling water and stir gently.

  3. Serve over ice and garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint


Rhodiola is an adaptogen that helps the body manage stress while improving mental performance. An activated form of B-Vitamins will increase energy levels and fuels optimal focus.This Mocktail is great for the party games! It gets you energized and ready to conquer the cheaters HA. 



Citrus Vitamin Boost

  • 2 caps of powdered Vitamin C blend

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

  • A squeeze of fresh lime juice

  • Orange slices and basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve powdered vitamins in orange juice.

  2. Add sparkling water and lime juice.

  3. Serve over ice and garnish with orange slices and basil.



Vitamin C has been heralded for quite possibly being the best immune system supporter and antioxidant available today. This mocktail vitamin boost during the holiday season is just what we need to build our immunity and still look cute!
