9 Creative Ways to Infuse Gratitude, Reflection, Affirmations & Grounding into Your Routine


Morning Gratitude Alarm:

Set your phone alarm with a message that prompts you to list three things you're grateful for the moment you wake up. Trust me, starting your day with gratitude shifts your mindset from groggy to grateful in 30 seconds flat!
